Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Personable, outgoing, and enthusiastic about interacting with customers
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency while maintaining great customer service
- ServSafe/food handlers certification
Responsibilities:
- Assist in opening and closing according to established policies and procedures
- Operate cold pressed juice machine and other equipment in order to prepare fresh juices and other items
- Provide exceptional guest experience at all times
- Prepare ingredients used to create beverages for customers
- Count and report inventory levels of ingredients used
- Assists with the storage, stocking, rotation, and maintenance of all products
- Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness
- Responsible for cleaning + maintaining equipment per established procedures
- All other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager
